"Handyman JC was on time and courteous. I needed some help with my AC, re-caulking my tub, and a special carpentry project (I needed a removable screen above my front door to keep birds out). Price was reasonable. I have more projects and plan to contact him again in the near future!"

"I highly recommend Smith Tile and Home Renovation for any home repairs or renovations. They recently repaired a broken section of drywall around an outlet for me, and the finish was seamless. What really stood out was the professionalism—They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and offered a very fair price. I’m so impressed with the quality of the work that I’ve already hired them to handle the tiling in my home office. If you need someone skilled, punctual, and easy to work with, look no further."

"Edison relocated my overhead garage rack to where I wanted it moved. He was friendly and most of all, the price and quality of work was exceptional. I will definitely hire him again for my future projects."

"I hired this company to install new sod on my property they were really nice and professional and explained all the questions I had for the after care, I also contacted them a couple days after installation due to some corners on the patches turning dark or drying out and explain that since it?s real grass I had to give it a couple days or weeks to allow it to root well and new grass will grow. It?s been almost a month and my lawn looks great"

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Safety precautions include proper ventilation, regular inspections for leaks, and ensuring tanks and fittings are in good condition to prevent accidental release or fire hazards.

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

DIY is not recommended due to safety concerns. Professional installation ensures proper connections and compliance with codes.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.
