"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual. He's also very neat and clean in his appearance and work habits. After signing an agreement on price so everything was clear and showing him my list of problems, he got right to work. Luther checked everything for viruses and then got rid of a lot of things that were making my computer run super slow. Then, after discussion, he uninstalled my antivirus program and installed his preferred program, which was very streamlined and easy to use. I just sits, running, in the background and doesn't interfere with my browsing experience. Luther also, by chance, had some "used" memory that worked with my pc. So he took my (very dusty and dog hairy) unit outside, gave it a good blowout and installed the memory for a very reasonable price. Luther told me my computer still has room for improvement (room available for more memory) but that this should improve things. It did....immensely.  Luther more than gave me my money's worth, I have to say and my computer is running like it should. I try to do a lot of my own troubleshooting on my computer, but after this experience I know I'm a rank amateur.  I'm really happy with my computer for now and I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future when I'm looking for a computer tech. Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.
