"Joel and his partner came on time. They were friendly and professional. Before the job, they protected the work area and explained to me what was to be done. During the work, they spent time on getting things (2 papers + 3 coats stucco) done right, while being very efficient. One of the guys says he has got 25 years of experience on doing stucco. After the work, they cleaned up the area really well and warranty the work for 1 year. As courtesy, Joel also walked around the house with me to spot/assess any other possible concerns with the stucco. Luckily the condition of my stucco is otherwise not too bad. "Manny was extremely responsive and came out to our home to look at the project and researched the best possible solution for some water staining. He was very punctual and came to the door to let us know he was here and how he was going to start. Half-way through the day before they took a lunch break, he came to the door again and let us know about the progress and the estimate as to when he would be done. All furniture that was removed was put back in the same place it was found.

I received a follow-up phone 2 days later asking if we were satisfied with the work and he told me that he drove by the house the day before to check on how the house looked.
