"Joel and his partner came on time. They were friendly and professional. Before the job, they protected the work area and explained to me what was to be done. During the work, they spent time on getting things (2 papers + 3 coats stucco) done right, while being very efficient. One of the guys says he has got 25 years of experience on doing stucco. After the work, they cleaned up the area really well and warranty the work for 1 year. As courtesy, Joel also walked around the house with me to spot/assess any other possible concerns with the stucco. Luckily the condition of my stucco is otherwise not too bad. "Wonderful! We contracted with Rick in 2017 to repair and weatherproof several stucco walls. In 2018, we began a large job consisting of removing dry rot siding, repairing the areas with plywood. In the process we repaired a bay window that was leaking. Then we added 1 1/2” foam insulation over the old siding and topped that with new manufactured wood siding. Now our house is watertight, better insulated, and refreshed with a more modern look. We will continue to work with Rick and his crew in 2019 on a deck project. His guys are always professional. We have a dog and the guys make sure the gates are closed so he doesn’t get out."
