Left the area clean. Did I mention he was a very pleasant chap? Highly reccomend. Note: there wasn't any "stucco repair" listed above - I figured Brick and Stone was close enough."

"(1) Scheduling was difficult. I was told materials would be ordered within 3 days (it was 1-1/2 weeks), I was told work could begin with 2 weeks (it was 3 weeks) and I was told work would take 3 days (it was 5 days). This made it difficult to schedule other renovation contractors. (2) [Person in office] did not want me to call her on the phone and told me to communicate via email only, which slowed communication. (3) There are 2 areas with minor rippling in the laminate. It's not too noticeable, but prevents me from recommending them to a friend because it is sub-par work. (4) Worker left paint splatters all over my refrigerator, sliding glass doors, bathroom sink, and bathroom floor. Other that all of the above, my experience was good/average. Kind of a high price for the quality of work. Not good enough to recommend to a friend, but acceptable."

"I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

He arrived as promised & got the job done earlier than he had estimated. He took photos as requested so I can present them to my HOA. The job was painting trim on the exterior— his team prepared the areas for painting, gave the trim 2 coats and did more areas than I needed one for my HOA. We had agreed on what needed to be done. I am pleased with the results."
