"Rigo ordered and just installed a sliding glass door in the back of our house. He did a great job! The door was a custom order and took four months to receive. Rigo kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of delivery. Once we received the door, Rigo completed the installation exactly on schedule and did a very professional job. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, he also added and painted custom framing inside and outside that we requested. The craftsmanship was excellent. When Rigo was doing the installation, my wife notice a small tare in the screen from the manufacturer. Rigo removed the screen from the frame and replaced it with a new one during the same visit. Originally, we spoke to a number of contractors, including some from Lowes and Home Depot, but I am so glad we decided on Rigo. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end and was always very cheerful and pleasant, even when we made additional and unplanned requests. "Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase.
