"We like their service. We haven't had any problems. They are very good. This was the first time we've had an alarm/security system in our home. The supplier is ADT. I like that I can set my alarm every night before I go to bed."

"So in short the company was found to be a rip off scheme. They send you
the equipment via mail and you install it. Low grade stuff. The sensors
are secured by a low grade adhesive. The company's primary goal is to
get you locked into their contract. They do provide the service of an
alarm company, but when things go south (ie: you move) they still hold
you to the contract. And the contract is very slick. You have I believe
48 hours after you put down the deposit to back out, after that they
have you for 2 years. We cancelled within the first 24 hours and they
still attempted to bill us 3 times after that. We mailed their equipment
back first class signature required and tracking. They claimed every
time they tried to bill us that they never recieved it. And then after
we faxed the proof they said sorry, only to have a new guy call and
advise the same thing a month later.

"It turned out very well. The folks that came were very nice, they were on time. Professional and did a really good job cleaning. America's Best contracts out. I didn't have any issues with them or the housecleaning folks. I got a good deal but I thought the price was still a bit high for the size of the house. Also, the fine print said that they only did certain things so they were not able to do any cleaning in my garage or clean any windows. Although, the people who came went above and beyond and were nice enough to clean a sliding glass door and sweep up a patio we have."

"OK first of all I never write reviews, dont have the time. However, the experience I had was amazing. I mean from when they answered the phone I felt comfortable. No high pressure, very straight forward salesperson. I called two other companies and both tried to upsell me from what they advertised. I am so happy I called Skycover! They did not try to upsell me. I purchased exactly what was advertised and saved even more money than I thought. I got a video camera for free with the system! I have a home office and now I can see what my assistant is doing from anywhere I travel in the world and I frequently travel to China for work. The system arrived to my door in a beautiful box and I will admit was concerned about setting it up, but it was plug and play just like the salesperson said. It took me less than 30 minutes in total and was super simple. I control everything from my phone. This is the greatest thing I have done in a long time, I would recommend this product and company to anyone I know!
