They were fine. They were perfect. They did two windows. Everybody showed up on time and the guys were great. They were no exceptions. Hire them, they are great. They put in the wrong kind of glass in one of the windows and I just let it go.
OUR PREVIOUS ONE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF DRY ROT. HANK CAME IMMEDIATELY, MEASURED FOR A NEW ONE, AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. THE WORK TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO THE NEED TO GET A CUSTOMIZED WINDOW AND I HAD TO KEEP CALLING HANK FOR AN UPDATE. HOWEVER, WE FINALLY GOT IT, IT FIT GREAT.
