"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Whatever your home needs, I’m the man to help you see it done. If you own a home you've probably encountered a really thorny puzzle. There are contractors. They’re just the right people for medium to large home projects employing one to many highly skilled workers. For this man’s expertise you’ll pay top dollar. On the other hand there are day workers you can pick up outside of Home Depot. These folks are just perfect for unskilled small home projects. They’re men who’ll work very hard, but who have limited skills and little training. Thankfully they’re inexpensive.
