He left several hours earlier than he had estimated. In fairness, I think the amount charged should have been adjusted to reflect the actual time spent. Otherwise, I did appreciate working with this company and would recommend them on the basis of their customer service alone. The installer was very pleasing to work with and was on time and professional."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill.
