Great service and attention to detail. I have had a few of their guys out over the years and they’ve always taken great care of the fireplace and chimney and been extra crest with my tile roof, which can be finicky.

"Pros: Very prompt. Took care to protect carpet and furniture. Thorough and friendly. Made recommendations for approximately $800 of repair work. Cons: Service person took pieces of concrete off the chimney cap to show me the cap was crumbling (I would have preferred he just tell me). Decided not to reuse service only because of my feelings about the chimney cap. He did a great job cleaning the chimney.
