It was a job well done. Jake was very up-front about the pricing and what to expect, and was very good about coordinating with my plumber and electrician. They removed the other countertops without problem. They measured well for the installation. They weren’t the cheapest, but I really thought that their workers were very good. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I would certainly use them again, if I needed it and if I it worked in to my budget.

The deck in the front porch is pretty good; the painting looks fine and I think the guy was trying pretty hard but there were a few places where there was some wood that probably should have been replaced but they just painted over it.  They were pretty responsive and they did try to come out and make sure that the job was done right.  I would probably consider getting a bid from them in the future.

Started out with a sales presentation in our home for exterior painting and some repairs.  this was the first estimate of three that we eventually got.  the price was much lower than others that we got over the next week. We also discussed removal of "popcorn" ceilings and texture with painting. One of the men was very nice and professional.  His partner,"Don", was rude and aggressive, dropping "f bombs" when we were up front that we wanted to get other estimates.  We liked their price adn work presented.  the contract stated a specific brand of paint.  On day one, the paint brought to our house was a different brand of paint.  this wasn't a big problem as both are very good brands of paint,but the contrcat did list one brand specifically.  When I called to complain of the dropping of "f bombs", the owner or his representative appologized and said he'd lower the price by $500. Great.  When he/they discovered we were only painted the exterior, he said the $500 was based on doing the ceilings as well.  We argued and ended up getting a back door to the garage, but that was much less than the $500.  Still, the price and work was worth it at that point.  the major problem arose over the defination of "trim" as listed in the contract. Their interpretation of trim is "facia" and not wood that is used around the outside of wiindows and front doors.  Look up contractor terms and definations and trim covers facia and the exterior wood around windows and doors..  The lower cost presented just wasn't worth the headache, arguments and frustration to get work done to our satisfaction. Nor the rudeness of one of the guys presenting the initial estimate.

i met Jerry the project manager at the beginninghe explain to me very careful and showed me some samples about my kitchenafter we choose the right things to my kitchen the guys came to my house to start the jobeverything was very good with the workers and i really like the result of my new kitchen, it came even nicer than i expectedalso the workers left my house very clean before they leftover all i'm very happy and want to thank Jerry and the workers from Superior for all that they did for me

Superior Construction and Remodeling Inc. were fantastic. They were fast and finished in time. Their foreman always kept in contact with me. I would use them again in the future.

i met Jerry and Dave that came in to my home for free estimate, they were very nice and professional, i fell very confident to give them the work, they let me know that I'll be satisfied from the job and that was exactly like it, i had 2 crews of workers that came to my house, 1st for the wood flooring and 2nd crew that install new tile in my master bathroom, they cover all around before they start work and clean up before they left every day, after the demolition of the carpet Jerry find that the sub-floor in the 2nd story is not level, i thought that it will cost me extra money to fix it but i got surprise that he just explain to me and my wife how they will fix it with flouting cement  and the next day Diego the foreman fix it perfectly and continued with the work, I'm very happy that i chose Superior contraction to do a job in my house and I'll recommend them to every body that will ask me about contractor, i very like the final work, very professional and really quality of craftsmanship. i want to thanks for Jerry and Dave for everything and first for the costumer service, they update me all time with the flowing of the work and answer for anything i ask with a lot of patience

Our project manager, Jake, was great in ensuring that we knew what to expect as the project progressed.  We had to be out of town during part of the project and were pleased to return home to a nearly completed project.  Things were clean and done very well. Any questions we had were immediately answered to our satisfaction.

Our project manager Jake was very professional and helpful throughout the process. We started the demolition and followed the steps of the project as was explained to us during our consultation. The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves everyday. After speaking with a property manage regarding the project we realized that the cost of our project was more than fair. We were very happy with the results and will use them again in future projects.

From the start Jake, our project manager provided professional, expert, and curtious advise, insight, and a keen eye on the project.
At any time we had a question or concern, Jake would respond promptly and have our issues delt with. As each phase of the was completed he would, with us, inspect the quality of of the work performed and would even catch items we missed.

With their help and suggestions, I managed to maximize the space in my kitchen so that I have more counter and cabinet space, without moving any walls.   They said they would finish in 4 weeks and they did!  I got many helpful suggestions from the designer who knew better what I needed than I did.   I love the "Strawberry blond" cabinets and matching granite, and I love my extra deep stainless steel sink. All the cabinetry works perfectly and  looks looks perfect as well.  I got lazy Susan cabinets to utilize my corner space. All my drawers slide out smoothly.  The men who came to my house were professional and pleasant.They arrived on time and were willing to work with my schedule. I would highly recommend their service, and if you saw my kitchen, you would too! 

jake the project manger came to see the house explain the prosess in to details and gave us an estimate later the week the guys started the water blast and continue the proses until the job was done a very good and friendly experience  always on time and very clean we are very happy

 

2 days after we signed the contract they were all ready to start the job. The workers were very nice & clean and came every morning at 8am and started working with no delays. They finished the whole bathroom in less than 2 weeks and the job was perfect. Our manager was Jake and he came almost every day to check up with the progress of the work and to make sure we are satisfied with the result.
At the end of the project the workers cleaned all the mess and left the house spotless.
We are very satisfied with the result and i will sure use this company to my next project.

 

Very sloppy work, have had to have them come back 3 times so far to correct errors. Very expensive. Didnt cleanup well, left broken tiles all over. Spoke with worker and their workers make $8.00 an hour. Unprofessional work.
