"After a quick examination of our situation, a leaking, ancient, broken toilet flange was found to be the culprit. Charles and his team jumped in and removed the toilet, floor tile and the portions of the sub-floor that needed replacement. The entire shower had to be redone, but the floor under the vanity was OK. Charles gave us a reasonable estimate right away and started the repair very quickly. They did the demolition, the repair and the rebuild. Because we needed to redo floor and shower tile, we changed the color scheme and now I have a beautiful new bathroom. New designer tiles, lighting, venting fan, electrical outlets, shower support bars, towel bars, new door and contrasting paint colors gave us a new bathroom. The work was done carefully and professionally. When craftsmen said they would begin work at 8:00 am, they were there by 8:00 am. I was informed of what work was to be done every step of the way. They asked for my opinion and what I wanted to do every time something unexpected came up. They did the work that was promised. Workers were considerate and thoughtful, cleaning up at the end of each day. They moved quickly, all day, every day, to get the job done by the agreed upon finish time.
