Jimmy did an excellent job. I showed him what I wanted done, he gave me an estimate and went right to work. The carpet had pet stains and the grout had never been cleaned professionally. He was on time, very professional and friendly. It all looked like new when he finished and it smelled so fresh. I would highly recommend Silver Olas to anyone who wants their house to shine!

Excellent quality work, professional team, they really know what they are doing and also provide expert advice about how to care for your floors after they leave. They twice cleaned carpets in a rental house that I own, and once cleaned and sealed the grout in a porcelain tile floor. They might arrive a little early or late if they have another job ahead of yours on the day they are scheduled, but they call to let you know. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

We can't say enough good things about Jimmy. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to work. He showed us how the machine worked to clean the stone. They were able to get in all of the indentations in the natural stone and clean out all of the accumulated dirt. They also were able to make the grout look like it was brand new. We had an area by the garage door into the house where a doorstop had damaged the stone surface. Jimmy was able to buff that out as well. And we had carpets that were in need of cleaning. No problem. Jimmy and the crew did that for us as well while they were there. If you need to have stone, tile, carpet or any flooring cleaned, Silver Olas should be your "go to" company. I would definitely use them again. We recommend then without hesitation. That is high praise as we are REALLY picky. Great service, completely professional and pleasant. What more could you ask for? Thanks Jimmy for a job VERY well done!

I think the difficulty may have been, that we were talking about two different types of service. It appears you were asking about housecleaning without stating it, and Silver Olas was talking about Carpet Cleaning (we don't offer house cleaning/maid service). But after politely asking several times for a description of which rooms you needed to be cleaned, you sharply stated 'it'[Member Information Removed] the whole house 2800 sq ft and hung up.' Outstanding job. Our carpet and tile needed a lot of work in the traffic areas and Jim did a great job on them. Much much better than last company we used. Showed up on time and was spot on on the time it would take to clean. Highly recommend.

This is a great company. Jimmy was amazing from start to finish. We had carpet, stone, and hard woods done and everything looks amazing. He even arranged for his brother in law to come fix a few places in our hardwoods that needed repair work. Cannot say enough about this company and Jimmy.

Excellent work. We have a beautiful light tan carpet for many years, and yes very hard to keep clean. In the past we had used a few different carpet cleaners, but since June 2009 Silver Olas, and Jimmy in particular, is the only one who has been able to get out stubborn re-occuring spots. Their workers are polite, respectful and very efficient . After trying four other companies, we highly recommend Silver Olas for carpet cleaning.
