"In August 2024, my husband and I decided to replace all of our interior furnishings. We originally started our project by working with the “designers” in the stores where we were making major purchases. It took us over 8 months to realize what a BIG MISTAKE that was. Long story short, we called Christian in April 2025. Christian came to our home and talked with us to understand the scope of the project. We wanted to redecorate the family, dining, and living rooms. Christian spent time getting to know us, asking us what we do for fun, and how we live our lives. He gleaned from us that we are adventurous travelers, with a love of the outdoors; he noticed my husband is into music and has a love of classic rock musician hard-cover biography books; he noticed that we both are somewhat minimalistic and that we prefer an orderly space. Christian’s tireless energy over the next 4 months produced recommendations for sofas, artwork, accessories, lighting, area rugs, coffee, end, and drink tables – you name it, Christian thought of it! We needed it all. His recommendations fit not only our lifestyle and our aesthetic preferences, but our personalities. Case in point, during our travels over the years, we’ve taken many photos of the places we’ve been. But these photos lived in our phones – where they weren’t being appreciated. Christian had the brilliant idea to showcase the photos on the wall in the dining room using MixTiles; he also suggested making two huge pieces of wall art for both our entryway and our living room. The result is nothing short of amazing. Christian also brought his crews in for electrical work and some painting. They were friendly, professional, speedy, and very clean. Christian was simply a joy to work with and he made our house not only beautiful, but comfortable, functional, and SO US! He was always available for a visit when a piece of furniture arrived, was always honest with his opinion, and always included my husband. Christian turned what was originally a very frustrating project into a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the end result. We can’t say enough about Christian’s work and we are proud to call him friend. They had cracked and it was creating a foul smell so we knew this was a plumbing emergency that needed an expert plumbing team to replace these old pipes. Kenny came out for an inspection and estimate 30 minutes after my mom called Flow Right. He provided a clear estimate after inspection and work could begin the next day. The extensive pipe removal and replacement job was completed by 2 plumbers on the job in a 5 hour period and they double checked all the work to ensure the plumbing in the house was working perfectly. I highlight Flow Right's expertise and professionalism here because another well advertised and bigger SD plumbing company not only quoted us near double the cost but projected the work would take multiple days. "Dave was great! The best communication and transparency I've seen in a long time. Dave explained what he needed to do to install the dryer vent and got right to work...NO wasted time. He installed the vent and made sure it was working properly. The vent looks great! Dave is knowledgable, professional, and a nice person. He also stayed in touch, letting me know how soon he would arrive and when he was on his way. I really appreciated that. We will definitely call him the next time we need a handyman."

"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

Mario and Michael came out and were very knowledgeable, professional and respected our home. The kitchen wiring upgrade was completed in 3 days. "Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"
