"The quality of the final product was good, although I had to stay constantly involved in the project and continually catch mistakes the project manager missed. Our project was supposed to take 6 weeks and ended up taking 13 weeks to complete. We were return customers having used RemodelWorks for another bathroom remodel earlier in the year, but we felt as if rather than rewarding us for our loyalty to them, we became the absolute last priority for them. Early in the project our project manager got a job at another company and our project began falling behind schedule soon after we were assigned a new PM. Rather than working extra to catch up RemodelWorks went with the opposite strategy and would send workers out 2-3 days a week to work on our bathroom and fall even further behind. Incredibly frustrating experience. Could not have felt less valued as a customer. The only olive branch they offered was to offer a vague discount on a future project."

Never again - I will only use Chris from here on out. The first job I hired him for was with picking out furnishings and fixing a few of the things that the General Contractor messed up in my living room area. Then about a year later, fall of 2019, he helped me with both of the bedrooms - installing BEAUTIFUL closets and resdesigning both the master bedroom and guest bed. In redesigning the closets, he also built out a great utility closet for me. Then in 2020 (shortly before the pandemic), he helped me design my casita into an office as I am a remote worker. It's my "she-shed" now and everyone is so jealous of my office space! Now, I'm having him do a kitchen remodel and everything is going great. The caliber of the work is top-notch. My house is clean every night after the workmen leave, and I'm just thrilled that I'm finally doing this. Next stop - bathroom remodels! LOL.
