We provide the highest quality of housekeeping service that’s guaranteed to turn your messy rooms into the flawless penthouses you find at five-star hotels, all without risking the cozy atmosphere you value in a personal home. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasional cleanings, arranged according to your personal necessity. All of our cleaners are our employees. We do not subcontract, use casual labor or call ourselves a referral agency. We take care of the taxes and Social Security for all employees. Our employees are covered under Worker's Compensation and State Disability, so if they are injured in your home, you need not worry about lawsuits. They are covered. We are also licensed, bonded and insured, ensuring that the service you receive represents the safety and security that you should come to expect from everyone within the service industry.

One person came for a two person job. She did a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen, but no vacuuming and no windows were done. She was here for almost 5 hours. The job really needed 2 people to be finished.

The TLC team is great! The owner, Patty Silva, was professional and offered a very competitive price. They did a great job for the deep clean. I have had one routine cleaning since the deep clean. Jasmine was on time, thorough and pleasant. Will definitely recommend TLC to family friends.

It went very well. The employees were very punctual and listened as I showed them around the house and explained what needed to be done. The work was done in a competent manner and there was no mess when they were finished. I will continue to use Tender Loving Care.

Cleaning services are excellent.  Housekeeper is  dependable and on time.  If she is not available, TLC provides an alternate housekeeper.  They are responsive to our needs and accommodate changes to the schedule.  The housekeeper does a good job--we have the same housekeeper.  We have had to change people a couple of times because of job changes, but TLC has worked with us to find someone who is good.  We have been with TLC for many years and appreciate their quality service. We feel comfortable with their employees in our home and are happy that they are attuned to the fact that we treasure our home and our belongings.

OK - the person worked for TLC contracting.  I doubt she was paid anywhere near the price we paid, and I certainly hope her SSI was paid, but she may not have been a documented worker.  She would generally arrive late (agreed-upon time was 8:30 AM) and start at one end of the house or the other.  She did fine with the vacuuming, sort of OK with washing the floors (could have changed the wash water more), didn't do that great of a job with the sinks (kitchen or bathroom) and didn't scrub under the rims of the toilets (pet peeve; went back a month later and removed all sorts of nasty mold, etc.).

All that was fixable and I could have spoken with her.  What REALLY irritated me was that we wanted to take a month off, so I left a voice mail message with the owner stating we'd call her.  2 weeks later, the cleaning person shows up on our doorstep (I didn't answer the door) with all her stuff, ready to clean the house. Unannounced.  Uninvited. After specific "I will call you" instructions from me.  So basically this owner just sent her out on a fool's errand and no doubt humiliated her.  It was sad, and I felt bad for her.  And I came to the conclusion that the owner was not someone I could trust and was a pretty shady operator.

I actually went with a company that was not on Angie's List for the house cleaning. It is called Tender Loving Care house cleaning services. They started about a month ago, 6 weeks ago. The cost is 110 every 2 weeks. My experience with them has been good so far. They are an 'A'. They have done everything that I had specified that I wanted done in the initial walk-through. They have been prompt. If a friend or a family member asked about them I would say that they shouldtry them. It was good. I have had better price.
