"Thalen Painting gave a quote by pictures I sent without visiting the property.  He was on time and the tenants told me it was a good job.  But he left one wall unfinished and told me the initial quote was too low as he didn't estimate accurately based on the photos.  I had to pay extra in order to finish that wall so that the whole downstairs is in the same color.  I didn't get to see it myself as the house was rented out.  Overall both the agent and tenant said it was a good job.

He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then.
