"Sam is amazing!!! He did an awesome job. He was on time and he explained everything he was doing. He works evenings so I didn't have to take time off of work to get my AC fixed. "Response from this service pro was fast and excellent. I was contacted promptly and he and his wife came and completed the work going above and beyond what I hoped for. When something couldn't be repaired a workable alternative was found. They were thoughtful and polite and more than able to get the work done. I will work with them again. The only reason I did not give five stars was that after replacing and installing one new window blind they didn't take the old one for disposal but left it for me to do. Perhaps a small thing, but it would have helped."
