I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

Constructed a much sturdier porch and stairs than was original to the house. Used pressure-treated support wood structure and trex-type material for steps & porch. Installed attractive metal railings all around. Also, removed old propane line that passed thru garage into a downstairs room. Patched all holes including a large vent pipe hole. Taped, textured & painted all repairs. Matt offered several valuable suggestions which we incorporated in the project. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with; very friendly & ready to answer all questions. Highly recommend Precision Custom Builders. We will call them for any future projects at our home."
