He doesn’t just bid the work and then other people come in and do the project. His communication is prompt and clear. He has great attention to detail and cares to see that the job is well done. When he finds issues, he lets you know and has the contractor to fix any issues if it’s not something he does himself. When an issue came up one of the contractors, he resolved it and kept the project moving to completion. He’s very professional with a lot of experience. We highly highly recommend Matt and plan will use him for future projects."

"I can't say enough good things about the way Ethan and his team handled our project. Ethan was great about explaining what work needed to be done and how the job would progress. There were no surprise extra costs and the start and finish of the work were as we were told. His team, Manny and Paul worked as hard as possible and were always VERY cheerful and had a friendly greeting for us whenever we saw them. They were always willing to stop and answer any questions we had. Great guys. All that said, the work turned out even better than we expected.
