"Rick and I initially had to juggle appointments due to unforseen circumstances for each of us. He continued to stay in contact so that we could coordinate an appointment fitting to both of our schedules. They arrived on time and were finished in one hour. To help expedite the process, we cleared furniture, etc.away from the windows prior to their arrival to allow for easier access while cleaning.
They wore covers over their shoes so as not to track dirt in the house. I was simply amazed at how quickly the whole appointment went and my windows AND tracks have never been this clean!
I have already scheduled my next appointment and have referred him to a friend who will also be booking an appointment.

"They were very helpful and friendly.  We had them come to our home when we were at work, and all the work we requested was done.  We have some tricky situation with our pendant lights, which they fixed, but are now not working.  I don't think it has anything to do with Shea.  We will call them again soon.
