"Our remodeled kitchen exceeded all expectations. Leoni’s eye for design brought our ideas to life, creating an open and functional layout perfect for entertaining. The team’s craftsmanship was top-notch, and they respected our home, leaving it clean each day. The project was finished on time and within budget, and our kitchen now feels like a welcoming and sophisticated part of our home. "The crew was on time and cordial. The drywall was adequate. The painting was well done, especially cut-ins/transition from ceiling color to wall color, which we can never get right doing it ourselves. If we had any criticism it would be that clean-up was a bit lacking. To be fair, we did have a walk through at the end but there are things you donâ  t see in that moment. There was some paint residue on the wood door frame and door hinges that we didnâ  t see at the time. Clean up was a bit weak. All in all, we would hire them again. I give them an A-"

"Detailed work for a good price. George went above and beyond with the work he did around my property. Very professional and came with a can-do attitude. I definitely will be using his company on a quarterly basis to keep my sidewalks and trash enclosures looking clean!"

"Very responsive in getting me an estimate and a date for my house and patio wash. The tech showed up in the 30 minute window I was given. While on site, the tech got every nook and cranny. Everything looks great! I will for sure be using them moving forward and I would highly recommend."

Holiday Decorating FAQs, answered by experts

Yes, you can hang Christmas lights from the soffit of your roof, but it requires a bit more effort than hanging from the gutters or eaves. You’ll need to add an adhesive hook or tie to the underside of the soffit to keep the lights in place. Consider adding a soffit hook every 12 to 18 inches for best visual results.

Yes, you can synchronize Christmas lights with music to create a DIY light show. To do this, you will need several components. For hardware, you'll need standard holiday lights, decorations, lawn ornaments, tools, outdoor-rated extension cords, a computer, and a light show control system or digital controller. You will also need specialized software to program the show; popular options include Light-O-Rama (LOR), Vixen, xLights, and Animated Lights. Some, like Vixen and Animated Lights, are considered more beginner-friendly. The process involves using the software to program your lights, choosing an audio method such as speakers or an FM broadcast, and testing the entire system to make sure it's working correctly before the show.

Take a picture of your house to easily replicate the same design for next year and keep the clips and accessories. When storing your lights, wrap them around cardboard so they don’t get tangled. Purchase a ladderless extension pole kit to hang your lights (around $30 to $50) for hard to reach areas.

Yes, a holiday lighting installation can be a DIY project. While it is possible for homeowners to do it themselves, it's crucial to ensure all safety precautions are taken. This includes using the proper tools, following electrical safety guidelines, and carefully planning the layout. For large or high displays, professional installation is often recommended to ensure safety and a more polished appearance.

If you need to visually inspect your Christmas lights to determine which are good and which need replacement, there are a few things to look for. First, look for discoloration, such as a dark spot or two on the inside of the glass. The spot is an indication of a burnt filament. Also, look for missing filaments, cracked bulb glass, and broken sockets.
