The job involved new TV mounting, some new equipment, new speaker installation, up-dating wiring, and of course teaching us how to use the new system once the job was completed. And Yes, we had to call them within 24 hours for some tech support which Anthony accomplished with good humor and obvious experience. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."
