He kept the lines of communication open, was extremely prompt returning my call, was exactly on time for my appointment, explained what he was going to do in layman's terms (not Ekectro-speak), and did quick work. Mike was polite, clear, and did exactly what I needed done. He moved light switches, cobsolidate 2 lights to one. Moved outlets and gave us power accessibility for the next stage of a long bathroom remodel. He came back when on top of things our dryer stopped.
