"First time customers. We had our windows washed and some screens repaired. After they left my wife noticed that they had not cleaned out about half of the window tracks. When I called I was told that would have been an additional charge (never heard that when they quoted the work that day but would have paid it if I had). Later we got a call offering to come back but by then we had already done the work. The next day one of the screens that had been replaced buckled because the screen was put on too tight. After multiple calls over two weeks Michael came out only to say that they did not repair screen frames, he took the broken screen to get some parts and we cannot get him to bring it back after another week or so. Just promises to call but no follow up. We had been looking for a company to use on an ongoing basis but this is not the company. Guess I am going to have pay someone else for a new screen since ours has now been taken away. Not a company I would hire or recommend to anyone."
