"Fireplace is great. However, it took 6 weeks and three subsequent visits to fix the first improper installation. On first three visits, the technicians failed to properly install fireplace, making separate errors each time. Each visit was at least two weeks later. Also, we were never advised the fan was not controlled by the remote, so the only way to change its level is to take the bottom front plate out and manually adjust the fan each time we wish to change it, hoping we do not scratch the surfaces. The manager's reaction to my disappointment about this feature was basically indifference."

"They were quick and efficient. I guess our fireplace was pretty clean~but we weren't sure since we had just bought our home. It was great to have someone clean it, and confirm that the structure was in good shape!"

"They were fine. I ended up buying something different from them. They applied the big deal to a different fireplace I wanted to purchase. I guess their punctuality was good."

"TJ was prompt, efficient and pleasant. He retrofitted used cabinets for my office. They looked like they were custom installed for my little home office. He helped move furniture to allow his workspace that I could not do by myself."

"Excellent work - fast turn-around. From start to finish a pleasant experience. Very helpful during the design phase, and the installation crew was outstanding. Came out BETTER (20x30 patio, in pavers) than I anticipated, which is always a great surprise. I HIGHLY recommend."

"Spectrum One was the best choice I made! I had damage done to my home from a falling tree so I had an insurance claim. Spectrum One assigned me a public adjuster that dealt with my insurance company on my behalf, which in itself is a blessing! Their quality of work was outstanding! I had also made a few changes in the repair process and their team made sure I had change orders and knew EXACTLY what I was paying for the changes I was making and had an updated contract to me within 24 hours. The crew and staff were all very professional and friendly, I was actually sad to have my job ending! Paul (the owner), was especially pleasant to work with! He made sure I knew where we were at and any changes to the schedule since I had left out of town for 10 days. I have a few more additional projects that I will be needing services on in the very near future and I cannot wait to hire them back again! Thank you Spectrum One for your outstanding services! Hope to see you soon!"
