The only thing I graded down was a missed visit last week without proactive communication, but this had nothing to do with Teodor and apparently a person had called in sick last week."

Because the duct clean work had started I want to continue with the furnace deep clean. The total cost was higher than one of the quote that will do same job. It is my fault that I didn't ask everything in front. But they did good job as promised."
