They worked nonstop for a few weeks and finished the kitchen on time as promised.. The crew was very well trained and experienced and worked as a well tuned team. "Mondo went above and beyond what my wife and I expected, the design for our yard was a tricky one because we have big tall redwood spruce trees and he made it all possible without us having to take out our trees, Mondo nailed the design of the pool and spa plus added a nice water feature (waterfall). Mondo and his crew worked very hard to make this happen in a timely matter! He walked us through each step of the construction process and answered any questions we might have. "Sergio came well prepared. He helped diagnose a leak in my in ground spa. Suggested several different approaches to find and repair the leak. We worked together and had the spa leak repaired within a couple of hours. Saved me from having to pull the spa up out of the concrete and sand basin where the spa sits. Job was completed and is leak free! Thank you Sergio, great job!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
