"Chris & his crew were very professional & proficient; they did exactly what Christ said they would do. They cleaned, polished & resealed natural stone floors, countertops and shower surrounds in five different rooms in about 6 hours. They also repaired a few loose tiles, filled some holes & re-grouted in some areas. Chris even included three small areas not part of the original estimate at no extra charge! Chris was by far the least expensive of 3 estimates I got & did a great job. I will definitely be calling them back when its time to reseal again."

"I was able to make an appointment an appointment easily over the phone. The cleaners arrived as scheduled, having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The odors and visible stains were completely removed."

"Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. "George laid out what needed to be done and how he'd do it when he came to bid the work and was also willing to complete some of the half-finished work done by a previous, unexperienced contractor. He didn't try to creep the scope during the course of the work and understood our financial constraints. When we found the need to make a few changes, we negotiated a fair price for a few small add-ons. When the wall repair was much more involved than initially estimated, he brought it up but didn't demand reimbursement. I offered compensation based on what we agreed was fair but didn't feel pressured. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves given how messy leveling floors, cutting tile, and grouting seem to be. My only suggestion would be to work with George on every detail beforehand as I had made some assumptions about aesthetics that may not have been particularly conventional but hadn't communicated them to George. Showing images of how you'd want something to look when it's done will go far in insuring you get what you're after. That having been said I was given some good advice from Felipe on what the height of the kitchen backsplashes should be in our particular case, and from George on which grout would be best suited for our floors and have no regrets having followed those suggestions. In our case, we supplied most of the materials as per George's recommendations. If you want your project to move as quickly as possible, I'd suggest making a list with George of what materials you'll need, what you'll be picking up and what he'll be picking up, and having everything ready on the first day because they waste no time in getting the work done. In short, both George and his colleague, Felipe, work very efficiently with a high level of craftsmanship and I'll hire them again the next time I need tile work done."
