"Chris is very knowledgeable about everything to do with tiles and grout. He repaired and replaced the damaged grout on my kitchen counters. He also cleaned and sealed the slate floors in my kitchen and dining room. I am very satisfied with his work."

"Amazing transformation of my shower. The wall marble tiles were sanded polished and sealed and now look brand new. The grout was cleaned, mold killed and removed and some areas needed grout replaced. What Guillermo did I didn’t think was possible. He and his assistant were nice, courteous and there was no mess left behind. His charge was very fair especially for the beautiful result."

"Very thankful to have old tiles and grout cleaned and repaired"

"I was able to make an appointment an appointment easily over the phone. The cleaners arrived as scheduled, having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The odors and visible stains were completely removed."

"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. We will definitely be calling Steve again in the future."

"George laid out what needed to be done and how he'd do it when he came to bid the work and was also willing to complete some of the half-finished work done by a previous, unexperienced contractor. He didn't try to creep the scope during the course of the work and understood our financial constraints. When we found the need to make a few changes, we negotiated a fair price for a few small add-ons. When the wall repair was much more involved than initially estimated, he brought it up but didn't demand reimbursement. I offered compensation based on what we agreed was fair but didn't feel pressured. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves given how messy leveling floors, cutting tile, and grouting seem to be. My only suggestion would be to work with George on every detail beforehand as I had made some assumptions about aesthetics that may not have been particularly conventional but hadn't communicated them to George. Showing images of how you'd want something to look when it's done will go far in insuring you get what you're after. That having been said I was given some good advice from Felipe on what the height of the kitchen backsplashes should be in our particular case, and from George on which grout would be best suited for our floors and have no regrets having followed those suggestions. In our case, we supplied most of the materials as per George's recommendations. If you want your project to move as quickly as possible, I'd suggest making a list with George of what materials you'll need, what you'll be picking up and what he'll be picking up, and having everything ready on the first day because they waste no time in getting the work done. In short, both George and his colleague, Felipe, work very efficiently with a high level of craftsmanship and I'll hire them again the next time I need tile work done."

"Great!! He even offered to paint a wall that I need to paint while the grout finished. But I didn't have the paint on hand."

"We have used Felikian's several times because they carry good quality products and have personalized service. Edwin is professional, helpful, patient(he must be a saint!), and not at all brash. |We have purchased flooring from Felikian's over a 18+ year period for two homes. This past year we have had them install flooring in our kitchen/dining/service porch area and bathrooms. |Currently we are in meetings with Edwin and one of his crew supervisors for tiling our main bath which will include the counter top, backsplash, and tub/shower surround. The price is comparable to other bids we have received. |We chose to hire Felikian's again because we trust their product lines and workmanship."
