"Tad was very polite, Kind and knowledgeable about his electrical craft. He did and exceptional job replacing our ceiling fan. He explained in detail what he was doing and why. He engaged in conversation while working and we both realized we have something in common “JC**** ******”. I would highly recommend Tad to family and friends. He was efficient and proficient. God bless you Felix and Rhonda"

"Started good they put some ceiling fans changed some outlets. Then when he put a panel up we had a verbal agreement on the price, then he changed the amount after he finished the panel raised the price. He also started to show late or not at all without calling when he started the remodel told us one week took 3weeks. He also came in a hurry sloppy finish."

"Andy did a fantastic job! This house was a hot mess - wiring from the 30's, 60's and more recent - maybe the 80's. Andy removed all existing wiring and replaced, installed my chandelier and fan, new outdoor lighting and did everything with the most positive attitude and smile. I think he's the greatest thing since jelly beans and have already recommended him to everyone I know."

"I hired this company back in April 2022, I’m a realtor and needed someone to take care of a few things in one of the homes I was selling, they came in and in a matter of hours fully painted the interior of the home, fixed a large whole in the wall, performed mold treatment and installed new faucets and ceiling fans. The next day they sent their housekeeper to do a full deep clean of the home as I had requested that additional service they offer. In a matter of 2 days, this home was ready to move-in!!! I was more than happy with their work. Would definitely recommend to any realtor or homeowner looking for renovations and also a CLEAN HOME!!"

Ceiling Fans questions, answered by experts

To convert a ceiling fan to wireless, you’ll need to install a canopy module to access the lighting and fan controls. Many options are available, all of which help you control specific elements of your ceiling fan, so you have plenty of choices depending on your needs.

The more surface area that a ceiling fan blade has, the more effective it will be at producing airflow. Therefore, a longer ceiling fan blade is the better option if you’re looking for more wind. However, a longer blade will consume more energy than a shorter blade.

Many ceiling fan mounts feature a design that can accommodate slight slopes by using a ball joint mechanism at the end of the downrod. If your ceiling has a steeper slope than your fan allows for, you can install a downrod that will allow your fan to safely hang below the slope.

If the fan doesn’t have a switch, connect the white wire from the ceiling to the white wire from the fan; connect the green wire to the ground wire; connect both black wires; and connect both blue wires. If yours has a switch, the white and green wires are connected the same way. However, connect the ceiling’s red wire to the light’s black wire and the ceiling’s black wire to the fan’s black wire.

There are several telltale signs to let you know that your ceiling fan needs servicing or replacement. For instance, if it’s wobbling, rotating too slowly, or if your ceiling fan is making noise such as squeaks, buzzes, and thumps, it’s time to have it looked at by a professional. Not only may it indicate a potential problem with the fan itself, but it could also signal a red flag that it’s improperly assembled or there’s an issue with the wiring.
