Brian Simmons was a god-send! I met him as I was completing the purchase of a house built in 1915. It needed lots of miscellaneous work due to maintenance that had been deferred for decades and some repairs. Brian is a delight to work with: very personable, skilled, knowledgeable, and creative in working around obstacles to make sure I got what I wanted. He referred me to other great craft people, like a painter, plumber, and a roofer.
