"The electronic control circuitry was diagnosed as the potential problem. The part had to be ordered, and between that and our personal schedule, it took two weeks. Barry was the technician both times. He was very courteous and efficient. The part installed did not fix the problem and the motor was then singled out as the problem. Because of the high cost of a new motor and the age of the machine we decided a new dishwasher was needed. Barry then cleaned out our connected air vent (which started to have a bad oder) so we would be ready for the new dishwasher. I might add that the office staff was always extremely friendly and helpful through all our phone calls."

"Flawless!! Several days ago, I discovered the frig was not cooling properly. Tigran Manukyan"Tony"(appliance technician( came, diagnosed the problem as malfunctioning thermostat, replaced it & frig works perfectly. He replaced a cold water valve on washing machine & serviced a 14 year old WhirlPool dryer. He explained lint build -up too close to the gas valve as a serious fire hazard thus a reason to have periodic cleaning. Cleaning a dryer is labor intensive but mitigating risk of fire is clearly important. I am guilty of not having my dryer cleaned. I am a fan now. As part of the service any worn parts are identified. Tony showed me the drive belt so I could appreciate his recommending replacement. The belt was riddled with small cracks and several large ones. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, therefore an excellent diagnostician. He is meticulous and organized in his work. His professionalism and honesty do got go unnoticed in this world we live in now. I do not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone who needs a technician for their washer, dryer or refrigerator"
