"The service was supposed to take 2-3 hours but it took 5 hours because the cleaner's equipment kept of malfunctioning, so he had to go exchange the equipment twice. Lots of dirt residue still remains on the playground structure and the top of the structure was not cleaned. Cleaner's attitude and work ethic was good, but execution was not as nice as we desired."

I scheduled this job with him a couple different times but had to cancel due to some insect issues, and Christopher was always pleasant, understanding, and more than willing to reschedule. "They were very careful indoors water blasting the fireplace facade, nothing else got wet. But the blast is of limited power and could not get dark smoke stains out of limestone. Water blasting of entry walk pavers (also limestone) left them cleaner but not restored. OK with me but not what people might bellowing for as cleaning. Owner is very attentive and fair."
