The manager, Oladia, communicated clearly throughout and was very responsive to my questions. After 6 months and a lot of rain, it looks great - no settling or other issues. Everyone buys the pavers from the same large distributor, so the key differentiator is workmanship - prepping the base and all the trim work along the edges. It looks great.
