"The crew arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently, which I appreciated. However, I felt they were moving a bit too quickly. After unpacking, I found my glass dish cabinet, which is very important to me, was damaged and appears broken beyond repair. It seems it wasn?t secured properly and wasn?t taken apart before the move. I?m honestly really upset, because that piece meant a lot and won?t be easy to replace. I also wish I had paid closer attention to the packing, but I was overwhelmed with the move. I spoke with the company and the office administrator was kind, apologized, and seemed genuinely concerned. She said I can file a damage claim, which I appreciate. I?ll update this review once I know the outcome. Sharing this so others know: United Prime Van Lines is punctual and efficient, but I?d recommend extra care with fragile or sentimental items."

Long Distance Moving & Storage. Household, Commercial, International, Corporate services available. Our Mission is To exceed expectations on every move. We live this day in and day out. Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

They quoted me $2,800, then raised the price to $4,800 after loading my belongings ? total bait and switch. My shipment arrived 45 days late with barely any updates. When it finally came, several items were ruined: my mattress box crushed, footboard broken, dining table delivered with no legs, and many kitchen/glass items shattered. The insurance process is just as bad. They asked if I had renter?s insurance so they could use my policy. When I declined, their coverage paid practically nothing. I filed claims for every damaged item and six+ months later, nothing has been paid and the claim keeps saying ?in progress.? Worst moving company I?ve ever used ? dishonest pricing, delays, damage, and useless insurance. Avoid them at all costs."
