"That service turned out really well. I was happy and I could tell a difference in the way the granite looked. He gave me some tips on how to keep it that way. He was here for about 30 minutes and also left me with some product too."

"Jeff and Mark and crew provided great service from start to finish. They kept to the estimate and the schedule. The wood patio cover that was demolished was done so efficiently; everything was removed and cleaned up. The two who put up the new alumawood structure (an exact replacement but with the new material) worked 9 hours straight; the job was done in one day. The end result is beautiful. There was one piece that needed some attention, and when I brought it to Jeff's attention at the end of a work day, Mark was out the very next morning to fix it.

"The young ladies were quiet, pleasant, spoke english and worked diligently. .... No blabbing on the phone or to each other.... They use the correct products for each surface. I haven't been able to find a cleaning service which did such a thorough job until now. I will say that when my husband walked in, he immediately noticed that a large portion of the top grand piano had been missed. In their defense, when the light is a certain way, it can be difficult to see what was dusted and what wasn't on that piano. I am extremely fastidious and was more concerned with kitchen, bathrooms, floors etc. A soft cloth is kept in the piano seat to easily swipe it. The rest of the cleaning is not so easy to do! Thank you Louis and Jackelyn's!"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.
The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.
The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
