The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! The crew started on time, kept their workspace tidy, were polite, and most of all their work is impeccable. They did my entire staircase in 4 days. The lower level required very tricky cuts, and they knocked it out of the park. I love the baseboards they added (more tricky cuts) to give it the extra detail. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family, and look forward to our next project."

He never mentioned advanced payment. I said I wasn?t comfortable but would certainly pay him as agreed for the job. He told me he wasn?t coming if I didn?t send him money first. For a handyman? Leave me waiting for a month then demand payment up front before doing one minute of work? Totally unprofessional!!! Time waster!"
