"We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. "Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."

"Though the Anza Valley in Riverside County is only 25 miles from the city limits of Temecula California, it suffers from name recognition problems. Many people think that the Anza Valley in Riverside County is somewhere in the Anza Borrego Desert of San Diego County, a difference of about 40 miles as the crow flies.
The Anza Valley is about 4000 feet mountainous area and on the road to Idlewild and or Palm Desert California. The Anza Borrego Desert on the other hand is at sea level. Given this problem is sometimes difficult to get service people to come to the Anza Valley area. This is unfortunate since the Anza Valley appears to be the next major area for vineyards in Southern California. Failure to services area by individuals on Angie's list is going to be a mistake on their part in the long run.
Given that I have to commend the Kincaid development Corporation or their foresight in providing his service to the Anza Valley without question. He sent his technician to my residence in Anza Valley where he remove my old electrical stove and replaced it with a new one in a very expeditious manner. Consequently, I would highly recommend the Kincaid development Corporation to anyone who needs electrical equipment installed at their property.
