"These guys were fantastic !! We had ceiling / wall damage to our lathe-n-plaster due to a roof leak. We found them on Angi, and Luis was very easy to work with...he got 2 guys to come do the work within 2 days of our first conversation. Those guys were amazing...showed up on time, protected the room from dust / debris with plastic sheeting and drop-cloth paper, removed the old damaged plaster, installed insulation in the wall/ceiling, installed new drywall, and textured the mud to exactly match our existing plaster around the damaged area. "It went fantastic! When Daniel came out for an estimate for the Art Studio, I knew immediately that he knew everything about dry wall. He explained in detail the difficulty of the job because of all the angles that needed cutting for a gambrel style roof. I also liked the fact that this was a family business with his brothers, father and even his Mother came out to help with clean up. His father was an expert at skip troweling technique and worked very hard and long hours. The entire job took one week and my wife and I are very pleased. I would definitely recommend them for your project."

"Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
