I have some old redwood gutters on the back of my house and when I've figured out how to fix my roof (!) I'll call Udi to do the gutter work. Totally recommend him and his company.

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"I solicited rough estimates from several vendors based on pictures and descriptions. Most were similar without onsite visits. Many had a $2,000. minimum. I had one vendor come out & I signed a contract, left a deposit for materials, and then he called back saying I needed a roofer to add drip edge under my overhanging tile roof. Seriously, several hundred homes in 3 tracts passed inspection without meeting code? Went with the other and explained the first said they could not do it. Leonard came in at a much lower price after the on-site visit. The work was done the next day. Said they had done many gutters with valleys. They removed the bottom side tile, added extra edging under it, caulked, sealed, replaced tile, and installed gutters. APS had a color pallet you would not believe to match my stucco walls and brick columns. They installed leaf guards in two areas where leaves could be a problem. Took less than 4 hours start to finish. They will need access to power to run their aluminum gutter forming machine, though. I'm not sure why Angi won't allow me to attach a picture of the finished product. Note that I just had these installed yesterday. May not have any more rain this year but will probably climb up with a hose to wash off solar panels and give them a test. 20-year warranty. Nice paint job on van, not a beat-up pickup. The installer Daniel, I believe, was friendly and professional. After my hose off passes, I will SPS to my neighbor who was looking after my hise test. They ran the gutter extensions exactly how I wanted. One ran out a yard with an elbow into an existing drain & the other across decorative rock edging onto the driveway so water ran down. I wished I had done this 15 years ago as every time it rained, water splashed on the front porch from the valley runoffs. Job was completed on 11May2023. Price beat competetors hands down."
