Our technician Ben was awesome! He was prompt and very knowledgeable on what it would take to fix our clothes washer. There was one small glitch with getting a part shipped but he kept me updated on when he d be back and fixed the problem like a champ. I will definitely be calling All Certified with any other appliance issue.
