She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. Because I felt the quote was reasonable for replacing the whole system, and we did have rust issues in areas that weren't leaking yet, we decided to replace all our gutters. We were also about ready to have the exterior painted on our home so Joe and Ron worked around my, and our painter's, schedule.
