He gave us a fair estimate; he was careful when removing the damaged tiles, and took the time needed to match our existing grout as close as possible. He started on a Thursday and there were a couple of delays once he started our job, but he was communicative throughout and he showed up when he said he would. I would contact him again if I needed more work done."
