On 07/24/2025, he showed up late again with a well-written proposal. The start date was 8-4-2025. On 7-30-2025, we accepted his proposal, and he said he had to change the start date to 8-11-2025 with a start time of 7:30 AM. I stressed the importance of being on time, and I even added to the contract that if they started after 7:40, there would be $100.00 fine. Mr. Bishop signed it. On the morning of Aug 11. They were 1 Hr. Late. I decided at that point it was best not to go ahead with the project."
