Then I waited at the site from 9:30am, but they did not show up. Half hour later I texted them, no reply; then called them, no answer; I left message still no reply. I called at least 10 times, but no single answer. Whole day passed, no reply, seemed that the person and the company never existed. JC tree care never keeps promise, and is not trusted.
