We hired Ernie Ureno Tree Service to trim and cut down large trees on our property. Rather than using bucket truck and mulch chipper which probably would've sped up the job, they used tree climbers and a storage bin for the debris. Their work was slower than we'd anticipated. But when finished, the quality was good, and they were responsive to our requests every step of the way.

Ernie s wife Toya and daughter Kristin both came to supervise the job of trimming and cutting several palm tree old branches, a large/tall tree got trimmed, a huge old palm tree was removed and another tree was trimmed away from the gutters. Toya allowed me to negotiate the price down which is always a positive approach. Ernie s Tree service is truly professional. They know what to do with bushes and trees unlike our gardener who would chop bushes and look ugly. They were very respectful of our property. Our property was clean when they left. Highly recommended . They will come back on a quarterly basis.

Ernie and Toya were fantastic. Mr. Ureno contacted me quickly and scheduled an appointment with Toya to come out and review the work required. When the crew of 5 came out for the work, they did an excellent job, were very thorough. They cleaned up and hauled off the all the debris from our 7 medium to large trees. They were also very open to our input and questions during the process. Great job!

There was some miscommunication regarding scheduling. But the work was careful and skilled, and fast paced at the same time. I was asked to come check/discuss the job as it went along. I felt that they really wanted to satisfy me. Clean up was excellent!

It's so much easier to pay someone when the job is well-done! The crew trimmed my queen palm, were courteous and cleaned up all the debris for a reasonable price. Ernie responded to my request for an estimate immediately while others took days.

Ernie responded immediately, when I called Home Advisor. He was very helpful and had one of his employees scheduled to come out to our home to give an estimate and provide a contract. Toya arrived on time for the estimate, and the crew came out on time the day the trimming and removal of our trees were to be done. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Ernie's Tree Service.

Ernie responded within 15 minutes of my request. He was very helpful, set up estimate appointment for next morning . Toyia was waiting at the property, gave estimate, fair price, took order had crew out same day. Crew was professional, friendly, efficient - worked quickly and clean up was great. I will use them again an will recommend to others. P.S. they even saved a nest with 2 baby doves
