It doesn't get much better than this. We were having foundation work done on my elderly mother's home in LA. We arranged this remotely via a friend that recommended us to Ezra and Charlie. Ezra took time, care, and patience to make sure that the remodeling will be comfortable with the process and to answer each and every one of our questions. This alone makes us recommend them as highly as possible. Customer service of this level is very very rare today. The work that they did was managed by Charlie. "I highly recommend GJ construction for your bath remodel project. The whole crew is pleasant and courteous and they work efficiently to get your project done in a timely manner. Israel makes a point of answering your questions as the project progresses and offers some great remodeling ideas as well. I especially appreciated Jesus who prepped for installing shower, and made sure that the plumbing work was done correctly . He really hustled for me and found a cabinet maker and fabricator for me to create a beautiful vanity. The tile crew and painter Deo are exceptional workers as well. I am very happy with my bathroom remodel . I would not hesitate to hire this company for your project. I feel confident that you would be pleased with their work and professionalism as well."

"I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"It went great! What was once just dirt and weeds is now beautiful land and hardscape! Roney was very responsive to our requests and ideas and quickly came back with a design we were exited to get implemented. Within a few days a full crew was on-site to start the work. As the work started there were a few areas where his foreman Juan recommended modifications. These modifications were very positive and above and beyond the original agreement and at no additional cost to us, which made my husband very happy! Those included replacement of 3 steps to our deck from wood to concrete, increased length of the sidewalk, improved fencing beyond the original design, some additional irrigation work and fixing the base of another set of stairs to regulation height by adding flagstone. Juan had great vision for how to make these changes so the outcome went from beautiful to outstanding! And the crown jewel of this whole project is a custom, unique fire pit that I found only as a picture from the internet. Juan pulled this off with no formal instructions, just a solitary picture and his own creativity! We could not be happier and certainly recommend Babylon Garden Landscaping."

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"A Home Center was called in July 2011 to arrange for a time to come out.   They were going to be very busy for a few wks, which was okay.  I explained what needed to be done with some Trex replacements on the deck. 

The week Kerry (sp?) was to come out he had to cancel because of a Dr appt.  He had surgery on a broken ankle that was healing from a yr ago.  No problem since my husband went through similar things 2 yrs ago.  So it was arranged to come out a week later, Aug 2nd, which he did. 

He was very mannerly and went to work at once.   He gave me a quote on the job and even though it took 2 days because of unforseen things, the price remained the same.  Everything was cleaned up and we are very pleased with the work and attitude of Kerry.  The dogs even liked him! 

I had trepedations about getting someone who had experience, an honest business sense and scrouples but am really happy with the experience and will use them in the future.  My husband thought about it all and agreed that Kerry did an excellent job and has no problem with using them again for other things."
