They are a monopoly provider in our community. They separately pick up garbage, composite for both yard and kitchen composite things and recycling things. So it is a comprehensive service and that explains partly why it is pretty high cost and what to expect.

Without any sales pressure at all, he and his equally expert associate, Matthew, made an inspection of our water pipes and discovered three issues: 1) the "water shutoff valve" at the base of the house was actually a gas shutoff valve!, and 2) a number of our water pipes were galvanized pipe instead of the desired/required copper pipe. While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!)
